All of these reported by the newspaper “the matter became the subject of an investigation initiated four years ago by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Katowice. Finished it last year indicted the three acts. Prof. Tadeusz W. has been accused of exceeding the powers and Mismanagement. None of the three defendants pleaded not guilty. Their process was to begin yesterday in District Court in Katowice. Once closest collaborators, now before the hearing room waited in silence to turn himself back.
